Consumer Description
TAKATA RECALL LOCAL FORD DEALER (PENSKE FORD, LA MESA, CA) REFUSED TO ORDER NEW AIR BAGS. JUST SAID "CALL BACK IN A FEW WEEKS" CALLED FORD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP CENTER AND THEY TRIED TO CALL DEALER BUT JUST GOT SENT TO DEALER'S VOICE MAIL.
