FITTING FAILURE OF TRANSMISSION LINE CONNECTION AT RADIATOR, CAUSING DAMAGE TO COOLING SYSTEM AND TRANSMISSION. VEHICLE IS RENDERED INOPERABLE. SUSPECTED CAUSE IS POORLY DESIGNED RADIATOR FITTING.
