TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING, THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE AND POWER STEERING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT DROVE HOME, INSPECTED THE VEHICLE, AND DIAGNOSED THAT THE WATER PUMP FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WATER PUMP FAILED DUE TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
