Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V046000 (AIR BAGS). AFTER THE CONTACT CALLED BERGLUND CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (2525 FRANKLIN RD SW, ROANOKE, VA 24014, (540) 345-9881) SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME, THE DEALER STATED THAT PARTS WERE UNAVAILABLE AND DID NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE SUPPLIED FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO PROVIDE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PARTS DELAY. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
