TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE CONTACT BLACKED OUT AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. TWO OCCUPANTS RECEIVED MINOR INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S HOME AWAITING TO BE EXAMINED BY AN INSURANCE ADJUSTER; THEREFORE, IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 204,000.
