TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE IDLING, THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND LOST POWER. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED DURING THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ISLAND CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1239 HYLAN BLVD, STATEN ISLAND, NY 10305) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT IT WAS MISFIRING. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND A CASE WAS OPENED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
