HORN WORKS SOMETIME AND THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM SAME AS WELL. FUSES GOOD, AND THE HORNS ARE TOO. POSSIBLY THAT IT'S THE CLOCKSPRING AND SHOULD BE A SAFETY RECALL.
