Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE PILLARS ON THE VEHICLE WERE MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSIS THE FAILURE; HOWEVER, THE PILLARS WERE REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FUTURE FORD LINCOLN (650 AUTOMALL DR., ROSEVILLE, CA 95661). THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS UNTOUCHABLE AND THE FAILURE OCCURRED DUE TO THE EXTREME HEAT FROM THE SUN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000. *TT
