TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 2500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V562000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL REPAIR EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER (DICK COUNTRY DODGE, 767 SW BASELINE ST, HILLSBORO, OR) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
