TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND LOCAL DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,000.
