I BOUGHT A USED 2011 BMW 328I FROM A USED DEALERSHIP. I DROVE IT HOME THE FIRST DAY STARTED TO OVERHEAT. I CHECKED THE CARFAX ON THE CAR & IT HAS 2 RECALLS. IS IT ILLEGAL FOR A DEALER TO SELL ME A CAR KNOWING IT HAS A 2 SAFETY RECALLS?
