TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER AND DRIVER DOORS FAILED TO LOCK. IN ADDITION, THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO OPEN FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE. A LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,090. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
