Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC SIERRA 2500. THE CONTACT NOTICED NUMEROUS CRACKS IN THE DASHBOARD AROUND THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG AREA. LARRY STOVESAND BUICK GMC IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND ROYAL OAKS CHEVROLET IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 103,000.
