Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THE VEHICLE, THE DOOR FAILED TO UNLOCK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY FOB WAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE DOOR, BUT IT FAILED TO UNLOCK. THE CONTACT INFORMED THE POLICE OF THE FAILURE AND A CROWBAR HAD TO BE USED TO OPEN THE DOOR. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 59,000.
