TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. THE CONTACT NOTICED SEVERE RUST ON THE AXLES, CAB MOUNTS, AND SHOCKS. THE DEALER (VALLEY CHEVROLET OF HASTINGS, 2929 MN-316, HASTINGS, MN 55033, (651) 319-5757) INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO PROVIDE A REMEDY TO THE DEALER TO PREVENT THE RUST FROM OCCURRING AND CLOSED THE CASE WITH NO REMEDY. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
