MY 2011 DODGE CHARGER IS PERSISTENTLY HAVING STRONG FUEL SMELL WHILE DRIVING AT ALL SPEED WHEN THE FUEL TANK IS 3/4 TO FULL. AFTER PARKED OVERNIGHT, THE SMELL SUBSIDES. THIS PROBLEM STARTED IN 2013. AS OF 2018, IT HAS BEEN DRIVEN 28000 MILES.
