Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A PREMATURE LEAK DUE TO THE POWER STEERING LINES THAT HAD FRACTURED. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING LINES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER (BOB BRADY AUTO MALL, 4025 E BOYD RD, DECATUR, IL 62521, (217) 876-3800) WAS CONTACTED TO ORDER THE PART. THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED ONE TSB FOR THE EPS, BUT THERE WAS NO STEERING RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
