Consumer Description

2012 MERCEDES BENZ E350. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ELECTRIC WIRING IN SEATS. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE STITCHING ON FRONT SEAT WAS DISINTEGRATED AND THE SEAT WAS COMING APART. THE DEALER OFFERED TO REPLACE THE SEATS ON A GOODWILL BASIS, BUT THE CONSUMER WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE LABOR COST. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THIS WAS UNREASONABLE. *JS
