TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN LEFT OR RIGHT. BARNES CROSSING HYUNDAI IN TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED THAT WAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,964.
