TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. WHEN STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GREENBRIER DODGE OF CHESAPEAKE (1717 S MILITARY HWY, CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
