Consumer Description

I RECEIVED A NOTICE OF RECALL FOR MY VEHICLE DUE TO POSSIBILITY OF LEAKING FUEL. CALLED THE DEALER TO COMPLETE THE RECALL IN NOVEMBER 2016 ALONG WITH AN REGULAR MAINTENANCE, TOOK THE CAR IN AND WAS NOT ADVISED OF ANY ISSUES WITH COMPLETING EITHER SERVICE. PICKED THE CAR UP AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PART REQUIRED FOR THE RECALL WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT I WOULD BE CALLED BY THE DEALER ONCE THE PART BECAME AVAILABLE SO THE REPAIR COULD BE COMPLETED. IT IS NOW MARCH OF 2018 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIR OF THE RECALL.
