Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE VEHICLE FAILED AND COULD NOT BE UNLOCKED. THE DOOR WAS ABLE TO UNLOCK THE NEXT MORNING. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED BEFORE THE FAILURE. THE DEALER (KIRK AUTO COMPANY, 235 SW FRONTAGE RD, GRENADA, MS 38901) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000.
