Consumer Description

TURNING LIGHTS ON IN THE CAR AND THE DASH LIGHTS FLASH 5 - 6 TIMES THEN GO OUT. DOESN'T MATTER IF VEHICLE IS STATIONARY OR MOVING WHEN THIS OCCURS.HEADLIGHTS, RADIO & DOME LIGHT STILL WORK AS WELL AS TURN SIGNALS AND 4-WAY FLASHERS. WHEN LIGHTS ARE ON, I DO NOT HAVE ANY RUNNING LIGHTS, TAIL LIGHTS, INTERIOR DASH LIGHTS OR CUP HOLDER LIGHTS. CHECKED ALL FUSES AND ALL CHECKED GOOD. ALL INDICATIONS POINT TO BAD TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM). VEHICLE IS 2 YEARS OLD WITH NO AFTER MARKET WIRING. NOT HAVING RUNNING OR TAIL LIGHTS IS A BIG SAFETY ISSUE/CONCERN.
