IT IS A POWER BRAKE PEDAL THAT IS MADE TO MOVE BACKWARD AND FORWARD. THE BRAKE PEDAL MOVES FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. NEVER MOVED AT ALL BEFORE. SOMETHING MUST HAVE BROKE. DOES NOT FEEL OR LOOK TO BE SAFE.
