Consumer Description
WHEN YOU TURN THE DIAL TO USE THE WIPERS. IT DOES NOT WORK. YOU CAN PUSH IT, TO SPRAY THE WIPER FLUID, BUT THE WIPERS DONT MOVE. MY VECHILE ONLY HAS 51000 MILES ON IT.
