TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THERE WAS A SUN GLARE REFLECTING OFF THE DASHBOARD. THE GLARE CREATED BLURRY VISION AND AN INABILITY TO SEE THE ROADWAY CLEARLY. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD WAS MELTING AND VERY STICKY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 136,000. *TT *TR
