Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 SUBARU LEGACY. UPON EXITING THE VEHICLE, THE DRIVER NOTICED THAT THE DRIVER'S SEAT WAS WET. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE DRIVER FOUND A PUDDLE OF WATER UNDER THE DRIVER'S SEAT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SUBARU OF CHERRY HILL (1800 MARLTON PIKE W, CHERRY HILL, NJ 08002, (856) 330-1500) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOON-ROOF DRAIN NEEDED TO BE CLEANED OUT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOON-ROOF DRAIN WAS CLEANED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL MORE TIMES OVER THE YEARS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER SUBARU DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
