Consumer Description
THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR PARKING BRAKE CABLE HAS SEIZED. IT WILL NOT ALLOW THE ACTUATOR TO MOVE. IT HAS DESTROYED THE BRAKE SHOE LINING ON THAT SIDE.
