TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY FAILED TO EJECT FROM THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DAVIS MOORE CHEVROLET (11220 W KELLOGG, WICHITA, KS 67209), BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 111,153. *TR
