Consumer Description

MY CAR WAS DEAD WHILE I WAS DRIVING TO A NEARBY USPS. LATER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR'S FUEL PUMP WAS BROKEN, WHICH CAUSED ENGINE TO STOP RUNNING. THAT IS SOMETHING VW SHOULD HAVE FIXED LONG TIME AGO BECAUSE VW HAD IT RECALLED FOR MORE THAN HALF YEAR. THEY HAVE SO MUCH TIME TO MAKE THING RIGHT, BUT THEY JUST CHOSE TO IGNORE IT. I CAN'T IMAGINE IF IT HAPPENED IN A INTERSTATE. PLEASE URGE THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. THERE ARE SO MANY LIVES COULD BE IN DANGER. NOW, I NEED TO PAY MORE THAN 1600 BUCKS TO GET IT FIXED. THAT IS INSANE.
