Consumer Description
I REPORTED THIS EARLIER TODAY, BUT WANTED TO ADD TO HERE THAT I TALKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE TO FORD AND TOLD HIM THAT THE CAR WAS LEAKING EXHAUST INTO THE CAB OF THE CAR. HE ADVISED ME TO "DRIVE IT" TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES AWAY. I ASKED IF HE WAS WILLING TO PUT HIS CHILD IN THIS CAR AS THIS IS WHAT HE IS ADVISING ME TO DO. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT. PLEASE USE THIS INFORMATION AS YOU CAN AS FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW PUTTING PEOPLE IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE CAR IN SERIOUS DANGER BY ADVISING THEM TO DRIVE VEHICLES THAT ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT ROAD WORTHY. DISGUSTING A COMPANY IS ALLOWED THIS... THANKS
