TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CONTACT FELT VERY TIRED, WEAK, DIZZY, AND SLEEPY. SINCE THE CONTACT WAS SUFFERING FROM A COLD AT THE TIME, SHE COULD NOT DETERMINE IF THERE WAS AN ODOR IN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO DRIVE BACK HOME. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,315.
