"TAKATA RECALL" THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT SUBMITTED TO YOU. THE TOYOTA DEALER HAS HAD MY CAR FOR 1 YEAR-- UNACCEPTABLE- THEY HAVE NOTHING TO TELL ME REGARDING WHEN THE RECALL WILL BE FIXED. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING SOMEWHERE FOR A WHOLE YEAR. I'VE CONTACTED MY LENDER(CAPITAL ONE) NO SUCCESS THERE. I CANT TRADE VEHICLE IN BECAUSE IT IS NOT RELEASED TO ME. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR, UNACCEPTABLE.
