TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD TAURUS. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED AND THE POWER STEERING FAILED AS WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO DRIVE VEHICLE SLOWLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED WOODY BUTTS AUTOMOTIVE (1226 WATSON BLVD, WARNER ROBINS, GA 31093, (478) 220-0277), BUT WAS UNABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,555.
