Consumer Description
FRONT DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT KEEPS TURNING OFF INTERMITTENTLY AND AT RANDOM WHILE DRIVING. THE CAR HAS BEEN IN TO THE TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM CAN NOT BE ISOLATED. SEVERAL ON-LINE FORUMS SUGGEST THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT WITH THE HID OR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPLACING BULBS, LIGHT HOUSINGS, AND CONNECTORS WITHOUT FIXING THE ISSUE. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN AND TRAFFIC VIOLATION TO BE DRIVING AT NIGHT WHEN YOUR HEADLIGHT CAN TURN OF AT ANY MOMENT. PLEASE HAVE TOYOTA ADDRESS THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
