THE VEHICLE GAS PEDAL BECOMES STIFF IN COLD WEATHER CONDITION AND DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO ACCELERATE FROM STOP. ONE TIME THE GAS PEDAL CABLE ALSO CAME OUT AND PEDAL WOULD NOT COME BACK UP.
