Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM PROMASTER CITY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION GEAR SHIFTED FROM DRIVE OR REVERSE TO NEUTRAL, AND LOCKED INTO NEUTRAL SEVERAL TIMES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V202000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, POWER TRAIN). THE DEALER (COLONIAL DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP, 24 COOLIDGE ST, HUDSON, MA 01749, (978) 568-8000) WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS DROPPED OFF AND THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THEY MAY BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON JANUARY 4, 2018. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
