TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START WHEN PROMPTED. LITHIA AUTO STORE (7063 SOUTH VIRGINIA ST, RENO, NV 89511) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 57,000.
