Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 60-65 MPH, THE STEERING SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE WAS INTERMITTENT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT TURNING THE VEHICLE OFF AND BACK ON WOULD REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROSSI CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (360 ROUTE 31 SOUTH, WASHINGTON, NJ 07882, (908) 320-4464) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE GENERATOR AND POWER STEERING INLET HOSE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,320. *TT
