The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated that the windshield wipers failed to operate while activated. The vehicle was making a clicking noise while attempting to turn to the left or the right. The contact stated that the noise was louder while standing outside the vehicle. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 29,000.
