Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE DART. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND LOST POWER. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MUSSELMAN'S DODGE (5717 BALTIMORE NATIONAL PIKE, CATONSVILLE, MD 21228) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE OIL NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. EACH TIME THE VEHICLE WAS DUE FOR AN OIL CHANGE, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
