TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE OVER 20 MPH WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO ACCELERATE AFTER RESTARTING THE VEHCICLE. THERE WERE THREE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO GERMAIN FORD OF BEAVERCREEK (2356 HELLER DR, BEAVERCREEK, OH 45434 (937) 429-1300), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT COULD NOT OFFER ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 109,000.
