TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE FAILED TO OPEN AND CLOSE FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER (GRAVA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 29 MYSTIC AVE, MEDFORD, MA 02155, (781) 391-8950) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
