Consumer Description

AFTER OVER A 12-15 ATTEMPTS OVER A WEEK I STILL CANNOT LOCATE THE ANCHORS TO WHICH A CHILD SAFETY SEAT ATTACHES IN THE BACK SEAT. THE DRIVER'S MANUAL IS NOT ONLY NOT HELPFUL, BUT MISLEADING. IT'S NECESSARY TO GOOGLE THE PROBLEM TO LOCATE THE ANCHORS AND THEN STILL HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO ATTACH THE LATCHES. THIS WOULD BE ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT FOR ANYONE REGULARLY REMOVING AND REPLACING A CHILD SEAT. I'VE GIVEN UP AND HOPE AN ANGEL IS WATCHING OVER ME WHEN I TRANSPORT MY GRANDCHILDREN. HOW MANY MORE WILL REVERT TO THIS METHOD BEFORE A CHILD IS INJURED?
