MY HORN,MY AIR BAG AND ALL CONTROLS IN STEERING WHEEL ARE NOT WORKING.I TOOK IT TO VW SERVICE CENTER & THEY QUOTED ME $948 FOR A NEW CLOCK SPRING.HASNT THIS PART BEEN RECALLED? IT'S A LEASE AND THAT'S INSANE,THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
