TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT TOOK SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO START THE VEHICLE. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SQUEALING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (LUTE RILEY HONDA, 1331 N CENTRAL EXPY, RICHARDSON, TX 75080) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STARTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000.
