Consumer Description

WE HAVE HAD OUR VAN TO VANCE CDJR IN MIAMI OK. SEVERAL TIMES BEGINNING BEFORE IT HAD 1000 MILES. THE VAN NOW HAS 15000 MILES ON IT AND HAS BEEN TAKEN IN WITH NO REPAIR OTHER THAN A COMPUTER UPDATE. THE VEHICLE RANDOMLY STUDDERS ON TAKE OFF AND SOMETIMES THE THROTTLE PEDAL IS DEAD. MY WIFE WAS ALMOST HIT PULLING OUT ONTO HWY 69 WHEN THE VEHICLE JUST DECIDED IT WANTED TO STAY AT AN IDOL WHEN STEPPING ON THE THROTTLE PEDAL. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE CLOSEST CALL. MANY TIMES EVEN AT ROAD SPEED THE THROTTLE IS SIMPLY NONREACTIVE. EVERY TIME WE TAKE IT IN THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE PROBLEM OR JUST TELL US IT NEEDED A COMPUTER UPDATE, STILL WITH NO HELP.
