TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING UNIT FAILED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER (O'BRIEN FORD OF SHELBYVILLE, 720 MT EDEN RD, SHELBYVILLE, KY 40065, (502) 633-4535) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EXCLUDED FROM NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V340000 (STEERING). THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
