Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED ON A FLAT SURFACE WHILE IN THE PARK POSITION, IT ROLLED FORWARD SEVERAL TIMES. IN ADDITION, WHILE REVERSING, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SPINNING CONDITION AND THE TIRES CAUGHT UP TO THE MOTION AS THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALER (ATLANTIC DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM, 2330 US-1, ST AUGUSTINE, FL 32086, (904) 797-4383) WAS NOTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN 2,000.
