TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 BMW 528XI. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BOLTS PREMATURELY FRACTURED OR LOOSENED FOR THE CAM SHAFT AND TIMING CHAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AT HERRIN-GEAR BMW OF JACKSON (1685 HIGH ST, JACKSON, MS 39202, (601) 354-2269). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A MANUFACTURER SERVICE CAMPAIGN AND THERE WAS NO MANUFACTURER RECALL ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
